When you choose not to purchase a product for any reason, you have the right to return the product within 14 days of receiving it and cancel the agreement. Returns will be accepted only if the product is in its original, undamaged packaging and has not been used. Damaged or incorrect deliveries can also be returned. You can inspect the product in the same way you would in a physical store, meaning you can try it on or examine it but not actually use it.

RAVAS customers have the right to exchange or return goods within 14 days of receiving them. Clients are responsible for the return shipping costs. The goods must be returned in undamaged packaging and in the same condition in which they were received, not having been used or worn, especially in consideration of hygiene. Labels, stickers, and cards should not be removed if they are attached.
To initiate an exchange or return, follow these steps:
Send us an email with your order number and specify any complaints or reasons for the exchange or return. Wait for a reply before sending the item back; you will receive instructions on how to proceed.

Correspondence via email is a prerequisite for exchanging or returning an item, and it is your responsibility to ensure we have your correct email address. Notification of returned goods must be made within 8 days of sending them to you. We will not accept unstamped or insufficiently stamped returns.

All incurred costs are the customer's responsibility. RAVAS will process the payment within 10 working days after receiving the returned goods.

The following items cannot be exchanged or returned:

• Items not in their original condition and/or packaging.
• Items that have been worn or used.
• Items with labels, stickers, or cards removed.

If you do not meet these conditions, it means you cannot exchange or return the items, and all administrative costs incurred will be charged to the customer.

Guarantee: If we determine that we have shipped a damaged product, we will refund the cost of shipping for the exchange and provide a replacement after receiving the damaged goods.

You have received the wrong item: If you receive the wrong product, Ravas will exchange it for the same or a similar product. The customer must contact our customer service within 8 days. If we find that we have sent the wrong product, we will refund the customer's shipping costs for the product exchange.
